Made it for my family and we absolutely loved it! The flavor was simply amazing, and reminds me of Alfredo sauce. RECOMMENDATION: For putting over rice or noodles we thought it could use more of that sauce, so if you like your rice or noodles evenly covered I definitely recommend doubling the sauce ingredients.

This was really excellent! Enjoyed by all. I felt the recipe was lacking a step where your chicken is cooked to "doneness." After browning the chicken 5 minutes each side and sticking it in the oven at 200 to keep warm, when I was finished making the sauce my chicken was at 140 internal temp. I upped my oven to 350 and waited until chicken was cooked to 160 and then combined it with the sauce. If you cook your chicken while doing the last step of creating the lemon parmesan sauce, your timing will be better and the chicken will be cooked. This was delicious with and without the lemon juice. If you're looking for a yummy creamy chicken dish or sauce for pasta (lemon or not), this is a good one!
