Delicious warm and tasty I pulsed the mixture to leave a few pieces of potato when you eat it you get a piece for sure will make this again

Potato and leek soup is always great and this one is easy and delicious. I did not add water to the broth but added milk and a little bit of cream to make it a bit richer. The green onions topped it off!
