Really nice. I add three diced medium yellow potatoes. I think that makes it not keto

I didn’t have zucchini so I nixed it. I only used 4 oz cream cheese to cut back on calories. I just cubed it up and put in the pot and it melted fine. I didn’t have shredded parm, so I used some grated from a can. I used spicy sausage. I just so happened to make a tomato confit the night before and used that instead of canned tomatoes . I used 12 oz of frozen spinach. I pretty much just browned the meat and onion and dumped the rest into a pot and simmered it . Turned out delicious .

This has such good flavor! I added fresh diced tomato’s since I have ton coming out of the garden right now. I also added mushrooms which others recommended amd it was a great add, I failed to save out the chicken stock so I mixed the cream cheese with some butter milk I had and I used Swiss Chard from the garden instead of spinach. The flavor of this soup was amazing and it’s super versatile!

This was amazing! I added mushrooms like some other people. I also added crushed tomatoes instead of diced because I wanted it to have a saucier texture and it was perfect. I will make this regularly!

Easy to just put together in the crockpot and forget about it for 6-8 hours. Have made several times : )

Restaurant quality. However, I may slightly adjust the seasonings to taste in the future.
You will need to add salt.

Delicious, love the recipe, no changes needed for me, even my husband loved it, he is not a soup eater, but loved this recipe! I think I will also add mushrooms and celery next time as I love more veggies!

Wow!!! I love this recipe! The flavor is over the top amazing! I added celery and mushrooms and it was delicious. Putting this one in rotation as I was able to build a lot of flavor in under an hour. Thanks for sharing EXPLORER MAMA!

This is a delicious soup. Forego the Cayenne pepper if you don't want a little spice. I highly Recommend you add 8 ounces of fresh sliced Mushrooms.
I don't have bone broth so i used 6 Wylers Chicken Bouillon cubes in 2 cups of Boiling water. I like my soup thicker so I used less water.

Turned out amazing! Followed the recipe and used very little cayenne pepper. Still turned out wonderful.
