- 8 oz. cavatappi pasta (cork screw shaped with ridges)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (see here)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (to fry the Prosciutto)
- 1/4 lb. prosciutto (domestic, diced, this will be fried crisp so don’t waste your money on imported, also ask the deli to slice it a little thicker than you would normally slice Prosciutto to make it easier to dice)
- 1/4 lb. capicola (sweet, ask deli to slice one, ¼ pound piece)
- 1/4 lb. genoa salami (ask deli to slice one, ¼ pound piece)
- 1/4 lb. baked ham (ask deli to slice one, ¼ pound piece)
- 1/4 lb. provolone cheese (sharp, ask deli to slice one, ¼ pound piece)
- 1/4 cup red onion (sliced, cut against the grain, see tip in notes section below)
- 15.5 oz. pitted black olives (drained)
- 15.5 oz. chick peas (drained)
- 24 whole pepperoncini (depending on size)
- 10 oz. grape tomatoes
- 12 oz. roasted red pepper (drained and sliced into bite sized slices)
- 12 oz. peppers (fried, drained and sliced, We used Mancini brand found in Italian isle of our supermarket or you can find it online here)
- 1 cup creamy italian dressing (prepared, See recipe here)
