Very tasty and very easy I thought I had cream cheese but I didn't so I replaced it with the cream cheese faced herb cracker dip that I had leftover and it came out great

This is absolutely one of my favorite and one of the first recipes I found on Yummly. It's a staple dish that I serve on a weekly basis. Just a tip, when I make this I use 12 oz container of whipped cream cheese bc it incorporates the dressing much better than room temp bar of cream cheese.. I also usually use two big breasts and then shred them. I think if you made this recipe with six you would have to double for extra gravy and I like lots of it spooned over white rice!! Soooooo Delish :)
