Hi there and thank you for sharing. This was absolutely delicious. Well the idea was greatly appreciated. I made this with a massive pork chop. The meat was marinated overnight with the herbs you listed but adtl ones for more flavor and a small lemon. I didn’t have HC but buttermilk so I used that, but it wouldn’t get thick until I added a wee bit of cornstarch. Pared it with some fun pasta.

So Good 😊 I used linguine noodles and cornstarch with fairlife milk, instead of heavy whipping cream. Recommend trying a substitute for heavy cream. Definitely recommend and will prepare again.

It was delicious! I added paprika for color. I had white rice on the side.

I’m a beginner and this was easy and tasty. My toddler even ate all the mushrooms on his plate! Do take note that the author says to make sure you prep and cut your spices ahead of time because the recipe moves quickly. They were right. Also I feel like I should have just doubled the recipe and made it with 2 lbs of chicken tenders. It did not last long between 2 adults and a toddler.

deglazed the pan after the chicken cooked with white wine. added great flavor and lightened the richness of the cream. will use more wine next time to make it alittle lighter

Wow, this was a great recipe! I went to farmers market this morning and bought fresh mushrooms. Made this for dinner tonight. I don’t like changing chefs recipes, but I am not a real fan of dill, so I substituted three fresh thyme sprigs from my garden. This recipe had a wonderful delicate flavor!!! I definitely had to cook the chicken longer than directed, other than that the recipe worked out well. Served with egg noodles. Very flavorful, loved the mushrooms! The leftovers were even better

This is a simplistic delicious recipe that is quick to make. My older children liked it its just harder to get my younger children to try it, they eventually did and 1 out of the 2 liked the chicken. Definitely a recipe that I will make again for simplicity and flavor

We make this at least every 2 weeks, sometimes every week!! Huge hit in our house. I serve this over garlic cheddar mashed potatoes. Delicious.
