Very tasty. We served it with Quesadillas and stretched it out to 6 servings. Definitely go for the optional chicken, I used some leftover rotisserie.

This is one of our family favorites! The taste is perfect without adding or taking away anything. I also don't feel like there is any way to "ruin" it for those of you who are new to cooking. I highly recommend this soup to everyone.
