very good. I'm not sure how to get a patty like the picture. Wish there was more instruction for that... and how do you KNOW its done but trial and error, I'll know better next time. But good. Very good

No kidding on the creamy texture! It came out really tasty. I added some panko and breadcrumbs instead of almond powder and I missed the step of wringing out the zucchinis in small batches,granted it sat draining for well over an hour. Best part is that they still held together nicely and the family was pleased. Thanks for the recipe!

Used parmesan and less zucchini overall (3 instead of 8) and it turned out great. perfect for an alternative to beef patties

Tasted great I added oatmeal because it was so wet. I also used cilantro because I didn't have other herbs

Didn´t have Fetta so used normal grated cheese. Loved it. Next time I arrange Feta cheese of course!

Delicious!! I did change it up a little bit though. Instead of regular salt I used garlic salt and only used the basil and cumin as my other spices/herbs..I did 3/4 cup of almond meal and less then 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs seemed to cook really well!! I also topped it off with low carb organic no salt added tomato sauce..will definitely make this yummy goodness again!!

Quite impressed with the consistency & texture but I never measure anything so my quantities were just approximate. I love that this only uses a few basic ingredients & is easy to prepare... weekend late lunch yumm!

These zucchini patties were very tasty but I had a hard time getting them to hold together and the mess was pretty substantial.
