- 1 lb. pasta (bowtie/farfelle, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 seeds
- 375 mL sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 cups Kalamata olives
- 2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
- 7 oz. feta cheese (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. liquid (reserved from the feta cheese container)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (use the real kind – I use Hellmann's)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped, use more if you like!)
- 1 pinch black pepper (adjust to your taste)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
