- 1 glass white wine (small)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 225 grams cream cheese (or 8 oz., room temperature)
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
- 5 mushrooms (4-, sliced)
- 1/2 zucchini (sliced into bite sized pieces)
- 8 oz. pasta (or 250g, such as Tagliatelle. I used Paglia E Feino which is a mixture of yellow and green for a nice color)
- 1 lemon (cut in to wedges)
