I’m low carb but a substitution of zucchini noodles I make was great instead of pasta. Sensational sauce. I could use shrimp in this or even make it with Cooked chicken breasts and chicken broth instead of the seafood. Great!

I would let the cream sauce simmer longer next time to thicken it up. It tasted great with the scallops
