Far too much butter, not enough garlic, I added another 2 cloves. Don’t think I’ll make it again.

This recipe is a great sauce for a pasta. I followed the recommendation below by adding extra garlic. I love it, simple and delicious.

Have made this a couple of times.
Didn’t have powder mustard so used a mustard paste.

This recipe for creamy garlic prawns was friggin' awesome ... dead easy to make and super tasty. Only changes I made was a few extra cloves of garlic (garlic prawns really needs a garlic hit) and I melted butter / cooked the prawns over a medium heat. Recomend this recipe highly.

Excellent flavour! I would increase the flour to at least 2 tablespoons for a thicker sauce.
I doubled the garlic; added 1 tablespoon of dried tarragon and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
