I made this for friends last evening. It got rave reviews. I used Barilla Gluten Free pasta because I knew that one of our guests required that. Everything worked out exactly as the recipe directions noted. It was a great “starch” accompaniment for grilled pork chops and garlic and oil grilled fresh green beans. I love how easily this was to prepare while managing the rest of the meal prep. And I really loved the flavor. I’ll be making this again and again…maybe try it with shrimp and fettuccini next time!

I used regular water instead of broth and paired it with braised chicken. It was delish and I can't wait to make it again!

An easy and quick dish with good flavor...I added more cheese but should not have. My husband enjoyed it...I woukd make it again.

I only had a small taste of this because I've cut out pasta, but I thought it was good. My 6 year old said it was too cheesy... but she can be a brat about food...lol. The rest of the family seemed to like!

Very tasty dish. Could use different Italian cheeses to add your own twist, but if you like pasta you will like this!

This recipe turned out great. My 13 yr old son gave it an "8/10" rating, and I just loved it. I used fat free half and half in place of cream, and used 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. The recipe is fool proof so you can't mess it up. It's definitely a keeper!

I made this only to give it a trial run prior to the holidays. It was easy and excellent. My family from 3 to 38 lived lived loved it!!!! I will definitely be making this for the holidays.

I tried this recipe yesterday with normal spaghetti and also shiratake noodles and also added turkey meatballs and mushrooms and the result was a total success!
Cooking the pasta in chicken broth gives the pasta an amazing flavor, even to the shiratake ones.
