It turned out great on top of some orzo pasta, I added a lot of butter and it tasted restaurant quality!
Made it again on top of Summer Squash Spiraled Noodles and Hubbie loved it!

Very rich and delicious. A bit unhealthier than I realized! Oh well. I doubled or maybe even tripled the spinach as it wilted. Seemed like it could use more. Served with penne. Thanks!

My husband really liked this. I served it with farfalle and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
