Fantastic!! :-) , I added a bit more herbs and a teeny bit of spice to “wake it up”, but to be frank, I did that the first time of making, which I admit was ignorant of me!
I will give a report on how this was, but next time I promise I’ll do it as you say, to the gram! :-) thank you!

It turned out very tasty, never pan fried large large portions before and it was lovely and moist. I went rogue with the herbs but that went well. Tip - don't add the butter to pan unless pan is clean. I used pan straight after cooking the chicken and there was excess oil in which made the end result very oily, I had to drain most of it off before serving.

Made this recipe for dinner with my husband and he was raving about it! Definitely a nice change from our typical grilled chicken thighs. Used baby portobello mushrooms and came out great. Plan on making this often.
