- 1 small onion (finely chopped)

Chicken breasts were soft and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Sauce was delicious. The cooking instructions were spot on. 👍

Would for sure make again! The sauce was a little runny so I’m going to try to thicken it up next time

This was really good! I will double the sauce the next time. The sauce tasted great but after the chicken was added back to the pan, it got too thick. So, I will add more chicken broth to thin it out a little bit more when I make it again. It’s definitely a keeper recipe.

Next time I would fry the chicken at a lower temp, the breading wound up nearly burnt and the chicken was not quite cooked all the way through
