This recipe is made at least every few weeks in my house, they love it. I add a little Old Bay to enrich the seasonings and extra sun dried tomatoes for more flavor along with the spinach and heavy whipping cream. We cook this so much we know the recipe by heart. Definitely a keeper.

I added a bit of heavy whipping cream with the cream cheese. It was yummy and very simple to make.

Recipe turned out great! Next time I'll probably add the Spinach as soon as I add the shrimps as they were a lil overdone or remove and add them later. 🤷♂️ I also added some heavy whipping cream as I wanted a creamer base. Served it over some white cheddar riced cauliflower.

Was very good but it seemed to take a lot longer than 20 minutes to prepare.
