- crispy bacon (chopped)

- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- salt
- cracked pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
- chili pepper flakes (Crushed, optional)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch (cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon of water, optional, if you like a thicker sauce)

Turned out great. I used a chicken breast quartered, heavy cream, and added some roasted bell pepper. Served over rice. Looked pretty and tasted great. Would make again.
