Great recipe I didn’t add the salt as I thought between the bullion and the soup it would have plenty.
I really enjoyed it and am putting it into my keepers list

Okay definitely a salt bomb laughs- I would recommend using a low sodium beef broth and or an 8oz block of cream cheese to cut the salt level over all not bad alittle runny and not very think for my liking but my kids liked it so that’s a win in my book

my husband said this was a keeper! i tried a bite and really didnt mind it. not a huge onion soup fan but the other items kind of knock down that onion. i did use about 2 cups instead of 2.5 cups of broth. also used heavy cream instead of sour cream. i used polish sausage for this one but i really think u can use about ANY meat!

WAY too salty for my family. Switched sausage out for lean ground beef and didn't add any additional salt. Much improved.

Loved it! I lowered the broth and salt and added more egg noodles. I subbed with turkey smoked sausage. It Turned out perfect!

turned out great. we are a big family so i used 2 lbs of sausage, extra broth, and a full bag of egg noodles and made some cheddar bisquits to go along with it.

Reminds me of hamburger helper. Was ok and def easy to make but not great. I will not be making this again

it was delicious! As stated by people previously I would either lesson the broth or add more noddles but once it cools down it gets thicker. I will make this again :)

Amazing! I used 16 oz of fat free sour cream, no added salt and beyond that followed the recipe. I'll be making this one again soon!!!

It was very tasty but a little watery. I think I’ll add less beef broth next time and more sausage.

Ok, way too much salt and too much liquid for 2 cups noodles. I recommend not adding the teaspoon of salt, or maybe trying a 0.5 teaspoon first and then salting more later. The condensed soup, broth, sausage, and Parmesan add enough salt on their own. I also recommend reducing the beef broth to two cups and increasing the noodles to 2.75 - 3 cups or you will have far too much liquid. I did 2.5 cups beef broth and 3 cups noodles and it was still too liquid for our taste. The flavor is good, just need to make a few adjustments and it would be great. I would consider adding mushrooms or mixed veggies for a bit of veggie power.
