    It was really tasty. I had orange roughy and it was very good in the sauce. I followed the directions. It was nice and simple with easy clean up afterwards. I did add a little more curry for taste, but I really like curry so that was a personal taste decision. I served it over quinoa. My husband really liked it and asked me to make it again. I will definitely make it again.
