I really liked it but a little extra time in the fridge makes it better. Great summertime side.

Not great. I made it with light sour cream., which may have led to the chalky taste.

This was just fabulous! I took the advice of someone else and added a tablespoon of honey. That made a huge difference. This will be one of my go to recipes for the family!

It’s missing about 1 tablespoon of honey. The recipe alone is too tart but with the added honey it’s just right. Also added some basil and olive oil for consultancy.

Too much lemon and still seems to be missing something. Double the cucumber and it was still too tart

This was good, but I would definitely only use half of the amount of sour cream next time. It’s a bit over whelming with the amount it called for

Delishious!! If you like cucumbers & salad, then you will love this!! I let mine chill in the refrigerator for about 20 mins! Yum I!
