I didn't have the exact ingredients so I modified. I used 5 garlic cloves, 1 celery bunch, 1 small frozen avocado, 1/2 bunch of mint, 2 green onion sprigs, 3 key limes, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1/2 TSP chili powder, 1 TSP salt, generous dash of Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 cup of water with 3 dates. Was creamy and delicious!
