I made this two Thanksgivings in a row now. I double the corn and it's still super creamy. 👍 I also double the salt, pepper and sugar but not the butter. Turns out great.

Almost perfect, but use more corn. Everyone who ate it said it was the only creamed corn dish they ever had that was actually worth eating. I don't like cream cheese but this was really good.

I used a smaller amount of cream cheese than the recipe calls for. Fiance liked it even though he doesn't like cream cheese. You couldn't really taste the cream cheese, which was what I was going for. I would probably try to find a review that uses herbs, too.
