So I used almond milk instead of coconut milk since that’s what I had on had, but I added a 1/4 cup of coconut flakes to 2 servings of the porridge as it was cooking. I also added about a tsp of vanilla extract for a little more vanilla flavor and it turned out delicious! For the toppings, I used 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Yum! :)
