Garlic content was fine. Was just a little meh until I added a teaspoon of raw sugar. Then it was THE BOMB! I also only used juice of 1/2 lime and grated zest for added lime fragrance. And I used the tops of one whole bunch of cilantro--more than 1 cup.

Didn't like it -too garlicky, Also needed some fresh pepper. Otherwise tasteless and usually like cilantro dressings.
