Used 1 lime, about 2T, just right. only had 1/2 large avocado, so I subbed a big spoonful avocado mayo. Was a little bland as I skipped salt, so added 2T hot sauce. Yummy.

My wife is vegan and I was looking for a coleslaw for fish tacos that she could eat with her tofu tacos. The whole family enjoyed this.

Love the flavors but definitely needed read the fine print about the limes, instead of using 2 limes just measure out 2 tablespoons. Because 2 limes was too tart/sour.
I served it with shredded bbq chicken sliders, adding the coleslaw into the sandwich gave it a nice crunch.
Recommendations:
Measure out 2 tablespoons of limes (instead of using all of the juices of two lime)
Add more salt and pepper for more flavor (or additional seasonings to your preference)
