yummy! the texture was perfect, I didnt have cardamom so I substituted a tiny pinch of ground clove, cinnamon & ginger. I couldn't really taste these in the end product, I'm sure it adds a layer but i didnt need it to be spiced anyways. Will definitely make again. i sprinkled sesame seeds on top before putting in the freezer to make it look pretty 👍🏻 i also made 24 squares, this size worked well for my house as we dont eat much sweet desserts.
