- 4 Tbsp. oil (I used 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil)
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (use 2 for a super garlicky flavor)
- 3 Tbsp. capers
- 3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Delicious! Just the right amount of red pepper flakes brings out the taste….

Very easy and very tasty. Will cook it again but with less red peppers flakes. 1/2 tsp was a bit hot.

We aren’t a huge fan of capers so we did without them. But the chicken was delicious!

Delicious!! used cheddar instead of parm, didnt have capers, used cilantro instead parsley, over pasta! was great!!

I feel like the taste lacked some depth. All you could taste were lemon and capers, even though I've added less capers an lemon juice than recipe asked for. To make it better I've added way more pepper flakes, and also mixed some cheese into the sauce and dissolved it completly.

Great! I will make it again. Good for a special occasion. Was alittle time consuming and lots of dishes used.

Awesomely good!!! I made this three times already and my family loves it. Very easy to make and smells wonderful!
