    Ughh! This was DELICIOUS! I seared the chicken in olive oil and butter. Not sure how it said to sear it. I also ran out of chicken broth so I used 2 cups of water and a chicken bullion. SOOO GOOD! Will make again! Ohhh and i completely forgot to add the cream.

    The chicken was delicious. I am not a fan of the capers. Would use very few in the next attempt. Very briny.

    Turned out great, I used half and half in place of heavy cream and just had to let it thicken a bit longer under the flame. Def gonna make again.
