- 1 cup carrots (chopped, about 2 carrots)
- 1 cup chopped celery (about 2 stalks)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 29 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (or ground white)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup small pasta (I used mini farfalle - a.k.a. mini 'bowties')
- 2 cups chicken (cooked chopped, I used the white meat from a store-bought rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well-drained)
- 9 oz. frozen artichoke hearts
- 4.5 oz. brie cheese (some or all of the rind removed, and cut into chunks)
