Wonderful every time I make it. It’s perfect without any amendments but I do like to add a bit of fresh thyme and rosemary occasionally. Creamy without being pasty or overly stiff. I make this when it’s chilly in the fall or as my go to broth when any loved ones are ailing. Thank you.
