Omg I love this soup! On a keto diet now and was so excited when I remembered I had a tasty recipe that would work. A couple of minor changes I made- I did ~1/2c of cashews instead, and blended them before I added in the soup. I also added a dash of truffle oil to it, and topped with cilantro, green onion, and crispy fried onions.

recipe looks good on the original site, will try it to night. but here u have all the ingredients named 2-3 times 😆 maybe fix that? for a newbie it looks like a lot of a work to cook this meal.

I honestly thought it was going to be bland but once I blended everything it was really good! Would definitely make it again
