Used it as pastasauce, but added lots of things to give it some flavour. Nice for a change though, and gives extra veggies, so perfect. Hubby doesn't like cauliflower but eats this.

We liked it! I knew I would because I like cauliflower, but the one who doesn’t like cruciferous vegetables put it over his broccoli and ate it with a smile! Miracles never cease! Next time I will cut back on the amount of pepper. Thanks!

Definitely good. We do add cheese, but only for accent. We also add fresh basil.

For a Alfredo style alternative this recipe really shines. I add a bit more garlic, a bit more Parmesan and reduce the amount of cauliflower broth to 2-3 cups to create the consistency my family likes. Blending it longer really does make this more smooth, coming very close the the traditional Alfredo consistency.
