Delicious! I caramelised some onions, garlic and ginger with brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, then added the cauliflower to that in the pot so the soup would be hot. It needed a lot of extra seasoning as the base recipe is quite bland. Very customisable though!

Great and very easy soup, unfortunately very bland. I added some shallots and a little fresh garlic. Sautéed the shallots with a little garlic butter, made a huge difference

thank you so much for this recipe!!! Next time I’ll go a little bit humble with the pepper, since it was a bit too spicy to my liking. Think it was due to the black pepper. Thanks! Will be sharing the recipe with my vegan friends :)
