This was great. Really satisfying but not overly goopy or heavy. Make sure to season the cauliflower well before adding the sauce on top - I can see how some might think it's bland if you don't. The only change I made was to put all the sauce on top instead of layering it as the recipe suggested. This was easy to put together, and we will definitely make again.

Really enjoyed this. It was delicious and easy to prepare. This would make a great pot luck dish. We will definitely be making this again.
