- 1/2 sweet onion (a small, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tsp. spicy curry powder
- 2 tsp. Thai red curry paste (I used 2)
- 2 Tbsp. Garam Masala (I used 1)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. saffron (optional)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- chopped cilantro (for topping)
- steamed rice (for serving)
- naan (fresh, for serving)

Excellent recipe, the cashew/coconut/tomato paste/yogurt mixture has a wonderful texture.

it was good, a bit too pasty for my tasting. Think I probably suck at following recipe rather than it being a pasty recipe. experience was well worth it.

Very tasty with all the spices. I replaced the paneer with eggplant and served the curry with garlic coriander naan.
