I seriously doubted this recipe, and so did my mom, but we had to do something with these carrots. I made it, and now we keep eating it while finishing preparing the rest of dinner. It is So So Soooo good. Just don't over-cook it. And also add some salt and pepper to serve, and you have a great recipe!!
