Made this using Italian sausage instead of smoked sausage and farfalle pasta. Very easy to make. Turned out AMAZING!! Next time I’ll slice the sausage while still frozen. Definitely will keep this in rotation.

Soooo good! I made sure to use extra seasoning though and I added parprika and garlic powder and onion powder

Family loved, essentially an Alfredo. Threw in some Bacon Gouda and sweet peppers any it was a winner.

My Parmesan was green so I used mozzarella and feta. Didn’t use Cajun seasoning, but the andouille sausage had enough kick. Family liked it.

I doubled this recipe. The sausage I chose doesn’t mix well with the pasta(which is on me I know). But the sauce also had a strange taste. Could be all my fault so I’m not blaming the recipe too much. Also I used “slap yo mama” Cajun seasoning because its all the store had
