    Delicious. I omitted the chicken and used half and half instead of heavy cream. And I used fresh fettuccine.

    It was creamy and delicious!! I substituted mozzarella for parm and cream cheese for heavy cream bc it was what I had on hand. Very pleased!!

    Adding this to the rotation. Sauce was a little thin but some flour or cornstarch should fix that.

    This was AMAZING. I added in as much Parmesan as I wanted and I cooked the garlic with the chicken instead of on its own. But this recipe was amazing! Definitely one of the best dinners I’ve had!

    Had good flavor, maybe a tad too salty. Definitely cut the sausage and mushrooms prior to cooking anything, so it’s ready to go. I didn’t have chicken broth, so I used a cup of water and a dash of soy sauce instead.

    Very good. A tad too salty but that might have been my fault. Next time, I think I’ll skip the chicken and maybe add some mozzarella.

    So easy and delicious! I added a little more than 1/2 lb of shrimp (cooked just after browning the sausage) and increased the sauce just a touch. My whole family loved it!

    I used canned chicken for meat and broth, turkey sausage browned in non-stick large skillet with lid, no mushrooms, whole milk, gluten free veggie penne pasta; turned out great!

    This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. I followed the recipe to a t and it turned out really good. It was on the verge of too spicy for me, but it would probably be just right for anyone that is used to eating Cajun food. Some people would probably like to add more of the Cajun seasoning. I will definitely make this again!
