So easy and delicious! I added a little more than 1/2 lb of shrimp (cooked just after browning the sausage) and increased the sauce just a touch. My whole family loved it!

I used canned chicken for meat and broth, turkey sausage browned in non-stick large skillet with lid, no mushrooms, whole milk, gluten free veggie penne pasta; turned out great!

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. I followed the recipe to a t and it turned out really good. It was on the verge of too spicy for me, but it would probably be just right for anyone that is used to eating Cajun food. Some people would probably like to add more of the Cajun seasoning. I will definitely make this again!

It was really good! the sauce could have been thicker - I used a ton of cheese to thicken it and it just didn't seem like loading it up with cheese was appropriate. lol. like I said, very good though!
