Delicious! I overcooked my sage leaves (Oops! I think my oil was too hot? They turned brown almost immediately & tasted overdone, so next time I’ll have to be more careful with that step), but thankfully saved some leaves to chop into the sauce (which worked great). Will happily make again :) Nice to have another way to eat all our abundance of squash!

Absolutely wonderful! I forgot sage leaves at the grocery Store but added some rubbed sage. It was a hit!!
