Felt like this was missing something. Still tasty but thought it was missing a bit of savory flavor

Turned out beautifully creamy and satisfying! Had it next to a fillet of barracuda which worked out great, will make again, maybe with a squeeze of lemon next time. Needs a tiny kick but we were too hungry to think of it this time :)

This recipe was fantastic. I am more of a savory fan than sweet and don’t eat a lot of butternut squash as a result but roasting with garlic and the spices was perfect for bringing all those flavors together. We cooked up a tiny bit of chorizo to sprinkle on top which added a little extra heat and salty flavor but it truly wasn’t needed. Topped with fresh basil from the garden. Delish! This recipe is a keeper. Thank you!

It was good! I just added more garlic and used more milk rather than 2 tablespoons of cream

Delicious! Came out perfectly. Added a little bit more cream and also added dried Italian herbs to pasta while cooking it.
