first time making vegan mac&cheese. also first time even consuming vegan mac and cheese.
notes: to me it was sweet and not very cheese-like, however the bf thought it was very cheesy (he also added ketchup at the table). I probably didnt add enough water because it was more paste-like than sauce-like. the squash and onions were delicious coming out of the oven.
