  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup topping mix (McCormick® Salad Toppins™)

    Directions

    1. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in large bowl until well blended. Add broccoli, raisins, red onion and 2 tablespoons of the Salad Toppins; toss to coat well. Cover.
    2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Salad Toppins.

    Best broccoli ever I get so many compliments every time I make this! One for the book for sure!

    Thought it was great! I substituted dried cranberries for raisons, added some chopped red peppers, toasted slivered almonds and topped with crispy onion rings. Agree with the post below as I think apples would be good with this too.

    We love this salad.! I always use dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar & toasted pecans. It's great with the addition of diced apples, too! Yum!!

    If no salad toppings, just add sunflower seeds and I always substitute dried cranberries for the raisins. I've made this multiple times now as everyone loves it.
