- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved, 10 ounces)
- 1 cup water (reserved cooking, from pasta to thin the sauce if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (ground)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder

Great, I halved the hot spices ie cayenne and paprika as it was too spicy the first time. Amazing flavour though.
