- 2 lb. beef (grassfed, I prefer 85/15)
- 2 yellow onions (medium)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium free range)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. miso paste (optional but recommended)
- 2 tsp. arrowroot (or cornstarch, optional but recommended)
- 1/3 cup minced chives
