This was really good. I was actually looking for something everyone could eat (one of my sons has a broken jaw right now), and it worked well. I did change the meat mixture to 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 ground Italian sausage (mild). And I added the fresh garlic. So yummy!

Fantastic! All the family loved it! I just made it with 2 lbs beef and sharp cheddar!
