Tasty. A little tough. I was concerned about the garlic burning too. Came out looking great. Liked the cream sauce. Will experiment with different techniques to make chops more tender. My husband had the leftovers the next day and said it was even better.

I liked the creamy basil sauce!
I did put more heavy cream though because there wasn't going to be much sauce otherwise. I added some more salt, pepper and granulated garlic powder to sauce since I put more cream.
The pork loin chops were a teeny bit tough, but I could probably just cook a little less or use a different meat.

this was a perfect weeknight meal. super easy to make amd turned out super moist. my husband and I loved it! the sauce waa not the most flavorable but waa easy ans did the job
