- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (the original recipe called for lime juice, but I keep lemon juice on hand and subbed it)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (paste, or 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro)
- 1 handful fresh chives (chopped)
- 2 cups diced chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I like cheddar in this, but there are plenty of other good options)
- 15 taco shells (flour)
