This was amazingly delicious!! I had an avocado I didn't know what to do with, and I found this simple, under 5 minute recipe. I used sea salt and fresh ground pepper. My one year-old loved it too!

My son's new favorite! We tried this for a nutrition month activity in his school and everyone loves this. Now, now my eldest keeps on asking if it is avocado season already so we can make Avocado tuna sandwich again.
