- 1 banana (medium ripe, still a little green)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 protein powder (serving, I love Wild Whey by Wild Foods Co for it's purity and that it only contains trace amounts of lactose and casein)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla (I like wild vanilla powder by Wild Foods Co)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (size of your thumb's nail)
- ice (optional)
- coconut flakes (Top with, optional)
